If you do not stock phoenix worms or BSF larvae, order a small container this week. They keep in the fridge.
Phoenix worms — calcium-rich BSF larvae by another name.
Phoenix worms (smaller life-stage of black soldier fly larvae) are calcium-rich treats that need no dusting. Two per meal, twice a week.

Phoenix worms are the smaller life-stage of black soldier fly larvae, sold by various brand names. They are nutritionally distinctive among feeder insects: naturally high in calcium with a favorable Ca:P ratio that means they often need no calcium dusting at all. Soft-bodied, well-tolerated, and palatable to most chameleons.
We rotate them in twice weekly as a treat-rich feeder, especially valuable for animals coming off antibiotics, gravid females, or juveniles in a slow-growth phase. They store well in the fridge for 2–3 weeks if kept in their original container; remove a few hours before feeding to let them warm up to room temperature.
